Business proprietor Tracey Chapman is a highly qualified and experienced first aid practitioner.
She communicates in a dynamic and engaging manner and adjusts her presentations and training to the needs of her participants. Her passion is matched by her competence so an investment in Little People is, quite literally, an investment in the little people you love.
Tracey is currently employed as a paramedic. Having hands on experience as a paramedic for more than 12 years, she demonstrates current first aid and resuscitation procedures to course participants, with the highest level of dedication and commitment. She also spent a year working in the Ambulance Education Centre as a paramedic educator, and was responsible for all aspects of the training and assessment of paramedics and trainee paramedics.
Prior to her time as a paramedic, Tracey had an extensive nursing and midwifery background. This included experience in both neonatal and paediatric intensive care units across Sydney. She also had experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in a large private hospital, in the Special Care Nursery, responsible for the ongoing education of student midwives.
She is abundantly qualified and experienced, and she communicates through story, demonstration and guided practice, the skills that truly do change lives.
